STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Oct. 28, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Stefan Andersson, (38) a graduate engineer, joins Gunnebo from a position as President of Atlas Copco Secoroc. Prior to this he was with the Trelleborg Group, including a period as head of the security products' business unit. Stefan Andersson has also held several positions within ABB. He will take up his position as President of Gunnebo Troax AB and member of Gunnebo AB's Group management on November 8, 2002.
Gunnebo Troax develops, manufactures and markets indoor perimeter protection for the automotive and robotics industries, materials handling and logistics as well as for the construction sector.
Gunnebo Troax has an annual turnover of some MEUR 55 and 400 employees at group companies in 12 countries and sales offices in three more.

Gunnebo Troax's current president, Ola Karlsson, will take up a position as technical director within Gunnebo working from the Head Office in Goteborg.
