Contract extension in the Gulf of Mexico


Ocean Oil Construction and Services Ltd. has awarded Prosafe a contract extension for the use of the company’s semi-submersible offshore support rig Jasminia for accommodation services in Mexico. The contract extension has a duration of 55 days and runs from 6 November 2002 until 31 December 2002. The contract has a value of about USD 1,65 mill.
 
This contract extension confirms again that Prosafe together with its partner Cotemar has a strong position in the service and accommodation rig segment.
