STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 7, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- AvestaPolarit's (Stockholm:AVPO) Board authorized, in its meeting on October 24, the company's Chief Executive Officer, Ossi Virolainen, to apply for de-listing of the AvestaPolarit share from both the Helsinki and Stockholm stock exchanges.
The applications have been filed with the stock exchanges today, with the request that the last day of trading with the shares would be December 30, 2002.
