STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 15, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- The property company Kungsleden AB (publ) (Other OTC:KGSDF) (Stockholm:KLED) has sold the property Kopmannen 7 located in Vasteras. The property is a part of the Halla commercial center. The building has been extended during this year and the opening of the new mall is planed to end of November. The sale generated a profit of SEK 35 million.
The employment office in Eskilstuna has rented a 4000 sqm office from Kungsleden. The tenant is moving in by the end of year 2003 after a bigger reconstruction. The premises have been empty since Kungsleden acquired the property from the Savings Bank in 1998.
"As we said earlier, we believe in a high activites in transactions during Q4 2002," said Jens Engwall, CEO of Kungsleden, commenting on the transactions.
