The trader sold 10,000 contracts of Citigroup March $37.50 put options and purchased 10,000 contracts of March $40 calls. Another bullish investor sold 5,000 Valero Energy (NYSE:VLO) December $35 put options, after the issue received positive comments from analysts.
The ActiveTraders page reported a pessimist view on Lucent Technology (NYSE:LU), after more than 6,000 contracts of LU $2.50 call options were sold. Back on the bullish side, however, another participant bought 1,800 contracts of Amazon.com (Nasdaq:AMZN) December $20 calls.
