STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 10, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- RTL Television GmbH has invested in ReadSoft's two core products in order to cut costs on their document handling. The products FORMS and INVOICES will be installed at the RTL head office in Cologne and facilitate the processing of both time sheets and supplier invoices.
RTL Television is Germany's most popular TV channel. With 83 of the 100 most popular programs in their timetable, they are by far the largest player on the German broadcasting market. RTL's interest in ReadSoft came out of the desire to cut costs on their internal forms and invoices processing. From now on, FORMS will automate the processing of time sheets in the salary department and INVOICES will minimize the need for manual handling in the accounts department. Previously, all salary related information was entered manually and the invoices were keyed in directly into the workflow system from SAP.
