It was previously informed that the merger of Incap Corporation and its subsidiary JMC Tools Oy will be accomplished around 31 December 2002. Since then, Incap has made inquiries concerning advance ruling on the taxation-related consequences of the change in corporate structure and therefore, decision has been made to postpone the eventual merger until the year 2003. The board of directors will decide about further measures as soon as information about the advance ruling is available.
