STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 20, 2002 (PRIMEZONE) -- Proha President and CEO Pekka Pere's ownership of the share capital and the votes attached to the Proha Plc shares will reach 10.7% provided that the increase in the share capital corresponding to the conversion of the Loan has been registered with the Trade Register and Mr. Pere converts the Loan into shares in total and the Loan is also otherwise converted into shares in total.
Mr. Pere's current ownership of the Proha Plc share capital is 8.18%.
The total amount of the Loan is EUR 2,810,000 and the loan notes may be converted into a total number of 4,496,000 new shares of Proha, corresponding to an increase of approximately 7.4 percent of the new share capital of Proha including the shares subscribed under the Loan.
