STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Jan. 7, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Custos (Other OTC:CUSTF) has acquired another million of shares in C. Tybring-Gjedde. After the acquisition, Custos holds 30,390,000 shares in C. Tybring- Gjedde. This holding is equivalent to 34 percent of both the voting power and capital before dilution and 42.3 percent of the voting power and capital assuming that all outstanding warrants and a convertible debenture loan have been converted to shares.
