SOLNA, Sweden, Jan. 24, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Per Tjernberg, President and CEO of Frontec (Other OTC:FRNRF), plans to leave the company in connection with this year's Annual General Meeting to accept a position at Ericsson.
"Under Per Tjernberg's leadership, Frontec has undergone a major restructuring and is now a streamlined consulting company focused on business processes and integration, at the same time that its financial position has improved considerably," states Frontec Chairman Ulf J. Johansson. "We wish Per success in his future endeavors at Ericsson."
A new president of Frontec will be appointed during the spring.
