 WHAT: A PRIVATE SPIRIT: NOEL COWARD AND HIS GAL PALS, a delightfully
       romantic and wry musical evening celebrating the witty and
       sophisticated British playwright, actor and songwriter, whose
       works include the comedies "Private Lives," "Design for Living"
       and "Blithe Spirit," laced with a dozen songs and special guest
       appearances by `Tallulah Bankhead,' `Marlene Dietrich' and
       `Gertrude Lawrence.'

      Spend a most romantic Valentine's enjoying what Ed Kaufman of
      The Hollywood Reporter calls "...an elegant, debonair evening
      with a sense of theatricality of which Coward would approve."

 WHO: Created and Performed by actor/singer Don Snell, who made his
      Carnegie Hall debut in 1985 and also wrote "Rise and Shine," a
      musical tribute to Irving Berlin
