The combined company has changed its name to Eagle Worldwide Marketing, Inc. ("Eagle") and has obtained a new symbol (Pink Sheets:EGWM) to reflect the new direction of the company. Following this move, the company is better positioned to meet its long-term growth strategy.
Eagle Worldwide Marketing, Inc. marketing and distributes homeopathic products, including the brand name, 911 Relief(TM). This product has been sold as a natural relief and antibacterial spray since 1991 realizing steadily increasing sales. In 2002, a major Texas university and a government laboratory tested the product and found that it was effective in killing the Anthrax bacteria. The business plan of Eagle includes further testing of this product as well as the structure of a national marketing campaign.
