Staff notice: Travel safety instructions (Iraq)

To all Employees, Directors and Officers of Jaakko Pöyry Group companies

TRAVEL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR JAAKKO PÖYRY GROUP STAFF
DURING POTENTIAL MILITARY CONFLICT IN IRAQ

In the case of a military conflict in Iraq, all employees of all Jaakko Pöyry Group companies shall pay close attention to these travel safety instructions.

Those travelling shall be alert and carefully consider their safety, using their personal judgment to assess the impacts of the political situation on safety. In choosing the airlines and planning the routes, consideration shall be used.

An approval to travel in the countries of the Middle East shall be requested from the Business Group Director. In these countries the travellers must register at their local embassy in order to receive further safety instructions.

When travelling in critical areas, take enough means with you to be able to change you itinerary if needed (in crisis situations credit cards may not be accepted). Inform your superior about your route, accommodation and changes in your itinerary. It is also recommended to inform the local office and/or the client about your itinerary.

Please follow any local instructions available in your office and your country's travel warnings and instructions.

For further questions concerning travelling during the Iraqi crisis, please contact your Business Group Director.

With best regards,

Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj
