The Board of Directors resolved the financial statements for 2002 on 25 March.
The financial statements for 2002 are enclosed. There are no changes compared to the preliminary report but an adjustment to the deferred on-cash tax cost. The Board does not propose a dividend.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting on 7 May 2003 and the annual report containing the financial statements and the report from the Board of Directors will be sent to the shareholders latest two weeks in advance.
