STOCKHOLM, Sweden, April 14, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- At the Annual General Meeting of Munters AB (Other OTC:MUNTF), to be held May 7, 2003, the following proposal will be submitted regarding the number of directors, compensation to the Board of Directors, and election of the members of the Board of Directors. Shareholders who jointly represent approximately 30 per cent of the shares and votes in the company have declared their intention to vote for the proposal. The number of members to remain unchanged, i.e. seven with no deputies. Re-election of Berthold Lindqvist, Soren Mellstig, Bo Ingemarson, Sven Ohlsson, Lars Spongberg and Lennart Evrell and new election of Bengt Kjell. Anders Jagraeus has declined re-election. The Board of Directors is recommended to appoint Berthold Lindqvist as Chairman of the Board.
Bengt Kjell, born in 1954, is Head of New Investments in AB Industrivarden, Chairman in Pandox Hotellfastigheter AB and Kungsleden AB, and Board Member of Hoist International AB and Ossur hf.
Remuneration to the Board of Directors is proposed to remain unchanged, totalling SEK 1.150.000, to be divided in accordance with the Board's decision.
