STOCKHOLM, May 23, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Tetra Pak International: Dr. Jurgen Weber, 62, will join the Tetra Laval Group Board, as of July 1, 2003.
Dr. Weber is Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Lufthansa AG since 1991. He is also a member of the supervisory boards of Thomas Cook, Allianz Lebensversicherungs- AG, Bayer AG and he will be elected member of the Deutsche Bank supervisory board on June 10, 2003.
Tetra Laval is a private industrial group of Swedish origin, headquarted in Switzerland. Operating activities within Tetra Laval are organised in three industry groups: Tetra Pak, DeLaval and Sidel.
