Following the retirement of Kemira Oyj's Senior Vice President, Legal Counsel Juhani Kari, in 2004, Kaj Friman, LL.M., B.Sc.(Econ.), has been appointed the Group's new Vice President, Legal Counsel. Kaj Friman will also continue in his current position as Group Treasurer and Secretary to the Management Board, Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. Tasks related to legal affairs management will be gradually transferred to Kaj Friman by 31 December 2003.
Sami Koski, LL.M. with Court Training, has been appointed Manager, Kemira Group Legal Affairs, from 1 July 2003.
Ville Öfversten, LL.M. with Court Training, has been appointed Legal Counsel for Kemira Kemwater as of 14 July 2003.
