Investment Banking Veteran Charles Potter Appointed to MB Tech Advisory Board


LOS ANGELES, June 17, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- MB Tech, Inc. (OTCBB:MBTT) announced today that Mr. Charles Potter has been appointed to the Company's Board of Advisors.

Mr. Potter's career in the investment and finance industry spans more than fifty years. Mr. Potter has served as a partner and managing director of Wall Street powerhouse Bear Stearns & Co. (NYSE:BSC) and as Sr. Vice President of Oppenheimer & Co. which later became CIBC Oppenheimer.

He is a Chartered Financial Analyst who has held senior level positions ranging from securities analyst to vice chairman. His expertise includes analysis, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hanwook Bae, President of MB Tech, Inc. stated, "Mr. Potter has been appointed to advise the Company in the area of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions."
