FOERSLOEV, Sweden, July 3, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab has won the contract to build one more part of E6 north of the city of Uddevalla. The client is the Swedish National Road Association and the contract amounts SEK 150 million.
The contract includes 2.2 km new motorway between Kallsas and Smarod. On this part there will also be built five new bridges, ground strengthening and reconstruction of local roads.
Work will preliminary begin during the autumn 2003, and is estimated to be ready during the summer 2005.
