Disclosure of shareholdings
In accordance with the relevant stock exchange regulations (Börsengesetz Art. 21) Private Equity Holding AG announces that as of July 21, 2003, a group represented by and directly as well as indirectly controlled by Dr. Gary Hirst together holds 230'815 or 5.13% of the registered shares and voting rights of Private Equity Holding AG.
The group of shareholders comprises Dr. Gary Hirst (St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands), Global Asset Fund Ltd. (Hamilton, Bermuda), Hirst MetaStrategy Fund Ltd. (George Town, Cayman Islands), and Bergman Industrial Holdings Ltd. (Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands).
