Bure's shareholders after completed issue of shares

GOTHENBURG, Sweden, July 25, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bure's (OtherOTC:BRVVF) major shareholders are as per 18 July, after completed issue of shares and debentures with detachable warrants, according to VPC (the Swedish Securities Register Centre) as follows:

The total number of shares in Bure amount to 325,300,000. Bure has previously re-purchased in total 4,945,500 shares, of which 3,945,500 shares via an agreement with a bank, a so-called synthetic arrangement.

Bure's major shareholders inclusive major holders of warrants as per 31 August will be published in the beginning of September.

Bure publishes its interim report for the period January-June 2003 on 25 August, 2003.
