 CITY COMMERCE DIRECTOR
 JIM CUORATO:

"We're very excited about the proposals we've
received. The developers who responded have
offered us several different visions of the
waterfront and we will now carefully evaluate them
to see which proposal is best for Penn's Landing.
We are hopeful that our goal of an exciting
waterfront development with significant public space
can be achieved through this process."
