In accordance with the Securities Market Act, Chapter 2, Section 9, Stig Lival-Lindstrom and Oy Lival Ab (Business ID 0110946-2), have informed the company today, that the ownership share of Oy Lival Ab in Nordic Aluminium Plc has risen above half on October 6, 2003.
Their joint ownership share of the capital and votes is 65.82 per cent. The total number of shares and votes in Nordic Aluminium Plc are owned as follows: Stig Lival-Lindstrom 165,300 shares (3.58 %) and Oy Lival Ab 2,873,095 shares (62.24 %).
In accordance with the Securities Market Act, Chapter 2, Section 9, Pertti Laine and Veikko Laine Oy (Business ID 0110592-0), have informed the company today, that their joint ownership share in Nordic Aluminium Plc has decreased under 5 per cent on October 6, 2003.
By selling these shares on October 6, 2003 Pertti Laine and Veikko Laine Ltd. withdrew from the ownership of Nordic Aluminium Plc and consequently their portions of the voting rights and the share capital is now 0.0 per cent.
In accordance with the Securities Market Act, Chapter 2, Section 9, Varma-Sampo Mutual Pension Insurance Company (Business ID 0533297-9) has informed the company today, that the ownersip share of Varma-Sampo Mutual Pension Insurance Company in Nordic Aluminium Plc has risen above 5 per cent on October 6, 2003. The voting rights and the share capital of Varma-Sampo Mutual Pension Incurance Company in Nordic Aluminium Plc is now 250,000 shares 5.24 %.
