Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj has been informed on October 8, 2003 that as a result of transactions concluded on June 11, 2003 the holdings of Robeco International Asset Management and its direct and indirect subsidiaries have increased to above 1/20 of the share capital in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj.
