Odfjell -- Plea agreements with U.S. competition authorities accepted

OSLO, Norway, Oct. 23, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- The plea agreements Odfjell Seachem AS, Bjoern Sjaastad and Erik Nilsen entered into with the U.S. Department of Justice on 29 September 2003 were yesterday accepted by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
