PHOENIX, Oct. 27, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Viastar Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:VISH) announced today that it has changed the name of its distribution division, Electric Kingdom Distribution, to Viastar Distribution Group. This shall be the new brand for the company's full-service retail distribution arm for all of its media related products, including CDs, DVDs, internet downloads and publications. Viastar's CEO, John D. Aquilino stated, "as the company moves forward in expanding its own music, film and publishing labels, as well as signing new contracts with client content providers, we have elected to promote the corporate identity in a consistent manner for all of our international distribution services."
The name change will go into effect immediately and the company expects to establish the Viastar Distribution Group brand with its clients and retail partners by early December 2003.
