(OTCBB:GDVI) is pleased to announce its wholly owned subsidiary Global Modular, Inc. is experiencing repeat business from school districts throughout the State of California. Victor Valley Union High School District in San Bernardino County, California has recently placed its third order with Global Modular, Inc. this year for portable classrooms. Since July, Victor Valley has purchased over $472,000 in new classroom structures.
Above and beyond the good news from the repeat business, Global Modular has just received a verbal commitment from Victor Valley for two additional portable classroom buildings to be delivered in November 2003. The four orders combined will result in over $525,000 in sales revenue from this one district.
