Reinis brings more than 20 years of experience in building global technology companies. As CEO, he will be responsible for all global operations including sales, marketing, finance, professional services, product development, and business development. Reinis intends to expand upon Yosemite's position as a leading provider of OEM bundled backup solutions as well as the company's commitment to providing the industry's best storage solution for the small to medium enterprise (SME).

Most recently, Reinis was vice president of business development and strategic alliances at VERITAS Software (Nasdaq:VRTS) where he was responsible for building and maintaining the company's global partnerships. Before joining VERITAS, Reinis was general manager and vice president of Dell (Nasdaq:DELL) PowerVault Storage for the Dell Enterprise Systems Group. In this role, Reinis led Dell's entry into the storage systems marketplace. With worldwide responsibility for sales, marketing, development and manufacturing, Reinis helped to grow the company's storage product line from its inception to over $250M in revenue. Prior to Dell, Reinis spent 14 years at IBM Corporation (NYSE:IBM) where he held a variety of senior leadership posts in general management, sales, marketing, development, and manufacturing in IBM's Storage Systems Division. Reinis received his Masters of Science and Bachelors of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
