Caroline af Ugglas, Skandia Liv Mats Gustafsson, SEB Fonder Petter Odhnoff, Andra AP-Fonden (Second Swedish National Pension Fund- AP2) Orjan Hakanson, Chairman of Observer's Board of Directors, (convener of the committee)
Shareholders are welcome to contact any member of the Nominating Committee with suggestions, ideas and proposals for the constitution of the Board before the Annual General Meeting 2004.
