MSSI-TeleScience International Announces $2.6 Million Contract With Dept. of Health and Human Services

TeleScience Medical Division to Support U.S. Public Health Service for 3 Years in Louisiana


VIENNA, Va., Nov. 10, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- MSSI-TeleScience International Inc., (OTCBB:MSSI), a provider of medical personnel to state and federal government agencies, announced today that the Medical Staffing Division has been awarded a three-year, $2.6 million contract with the Dept. of Health and Human Services to provide nursing staff to the U.S. Public Health Service in support of the National Hansen's Disease Programs based in Louisiana. This represents the second contract win with this agency in support of this program.

Under the terms of the contract that is already in progress, the Company provides a total of 28 full and part-time employees at the Summit Hospital in Baton Rouge and the Gillis Long Hansen Disease Treatment Facility in Carville, Louisiana. These are the only two facilities in the nation dedicated to the treatment of individuals with Hansen's disease, formerly known as leprosy. MSSI TeleScience provides registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants 365 days per year under this contract.
