Nordstrom, acquired a total of 269,000 Tripep AB shares on 4 and 5 November. After the acquisition, Dormant Properties owns 3,075,341 shares and 0 options in Tripep. The holding is equivalent to 24.6 per cent of Tripep's share capital, excluding outstanding warrants, and 21.0 per cent after full dilution of outstanding warrants. Tripep's repurchased shares and warrants held by the company have been excluded from the calculations.
