A major part of the development process that was announced earlier this year has been "mapping" out each detail for the changes that will be taking place. Currently, users can manage their shipping departments by means of a comprehensive suite of readily customizable tools. At this time, shippers can request rate quotes and place orders; carriers can post their available loads. Optimal routes are created for full truckload and LTL freight, which includes points of pick-up and delivery. Shippers and consignees can track orders while they are in transit.
