CEO in Golar LNG Ltd., Tor Olav Trøim, has as of 18 December renewed an existing forward contract, reported 20 June 2003, with a new obligation to buy 60,000 shares in Golar LNG. The new forward contract becomes effective as of 17 June 2004 at a price of NOK 72.08 per share. In addition to the purchased position Mr. Trøim holds an option through the employee option program to purchase 100,000 shares in Golar LNG Ltd.
