MALMO, Sweden, Dec. 29, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange/TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development today announced that it has signed a three year license agreement worth Euro 640 k with NEC Technologies (UK) Ltd. NEC Technologies (UK) Ltd. is part of NEC Corporation (Nasdaq:NIPNY) (FTSE:6701q.l) and concentrates on software development for mobile phone products. Through the agreement, NEC Technologies' European operations will get access to licenses and maintenance for Telelogic TAU development and testing tools for a three year period. A limited number of days of professional services are also included.
