HELSINKI, Finland, Jan. 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Artemis International Solutions Corporation (AISC), sub-group of Proha Plc, has appointed a new CEO. The Board of Directors of AISC has appointed Patrick Ternier as the new CEO and President with immediate effect. Mr. Ternier has previously been responsible for the Artemis International France and Germany.
Michael Rusert is resigning from his duties as the CEO and the member of the Board of AISC.
Mr. Ternier has 20 years experience in the international software industry. He was the main shareholder and the President and CEO of both Artemis France and Artemis Germany prior to the merger of those companies into Proha Group in December 2000. Mr. Ternier holds a Master of Science Degree from the Ecole Centrale and a bachelor's degree in economical sciences.
