Management Change: Humana Announces New Chairman

Mr. Shapss is a pivotal figure in developing corporate growth and planning. He is the founder of Ronald Shapss Corporate Services, a firm engaged in consolidating fragmented industries. His firm was instrumental in facilitating the roll-up of several companies into such entities that include Consolidated Delivery & Logistics, CoreStaff and U.S. Delivery. Mr. Shapss was the founder of Coach USA, a transportation concern. He is presently on the advisory boards of Consolidated Partners Founding Fund and 1+ USA, which founded Advanced Communications Group, a competitive local exchange carrier that has shares trading on the New York Stock Exchange. Mr. Shapss is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
