Cycle Country's Rough Cut Mower will handle tall weeds, overgrown brush, even small trees. Hills, wet grass conditions, and other obstacles are virtually eliminated when this sturdy mower is attached to an ATV or small tractor. The versatility of the Quicksilver 54 finishing cut mower allows the operator to attach the mower in either the front or the back of the ATV. The three 18-inch blades satisfy the demand for a wider and smoother cut.

The Outdoor Power Equipment Institute (OPEI) stated that record levels of home mortgage refinancing and tax cuts helped the demand for, and provided the cash to purchase outdoor power equipment over the past year. OPEI reported a 5% increase in outdoor power equipment such as lawnmowers, garden tractors, utility vehicles, and other related products for model year 2003 over 2002 with total shipments at 8,103,217 units. Power Systems Research Company reported production of commercial mowing equipment grew approximately 8% in the last five years.
