LONDON, March 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Ofcom has published its first proposed timetable of new FM local commercial radio licences to be advertised in six areas across the UK: Edinburgh; Blackburn; Belfast; Ashford, Kent; Manchester; and Kidderminster.
