Dear Fellow Stockholder;
After spending the last five months in Nassau, New Providence, Bahamas with Dr. Jerry I. Jacobson I feel compelled to share with you good news on a few fronts. We are profoundly alleviating the pain and suffering of people on a daily basis, with many of them regaining quality of life. The leasing and selling of Jacobson Resonators worldwide is on the increase and we will be breaking new ground in the healthcare, leisure and spa, beauty and sports arenas.
About fifteen months ago we laid out an action plan to achieve 3 goals in the years 2003/2004. We are well on the way to accomplishing all three of these goals. One was to establish our first self-standing clinical operation outside the USA. Dr. Jacobson has been successfully treating clients at the Magnetic Resonance Therapy Bahamas Limited clinic in the Bahamas Heart Center Expansion, the Centerville Medical Pavilion, a world-class integrated medical facility in Nassau. Clients began paying for services on January 5, 2004 and are arriving from around the world. In a series of upcoming news releases we will include patient testimonials from many who have experienced profound improvements in their quality of life.
The second goal was to prototype highly effective battery powered portable resonators that could be sold worldwide. This phase of development is nearly complete and the "portables" will be on sale in the market during quarters 3/4 via our licensee P.E.R., Inc. These highly effective devices have evolved and have been extensively field tested in various forms for five years. The technology used is identical to that being implemented under the regulatory Approvals in Europe, Licensing Clearance in Canada and the FDA allowance to "enhance feelings of relaxation."
Our third goal was to enter the Veterinary Medicine Arena. Recent developments lead me to believe that we may enter the Equine area in the coming months. News is forthcoming as it occurs.
A most pleasant and meaningful development occurred when we received an allowance on February 11, 2004 (a submission of Dr. Jacobson's) from FDA Section 513g to "enhance feelings of relaxation" with Jacobson Resonators. This has created opportunities that we are now considering in depth. We believe that approaching Chiropractors to embrace our technology is a logical objective in the early stages of an evolving business plan.

It also means patience, encouragement and counseling. It refers to a process and not a "magic wand." This process may vary from one treatment to 5 to 6 days a week for 2 to 3 months, (depending on the seriousness of the illness or injury).
Recently, a few of us celebrated the twenty-fifth anniversary of the Discovery called "Jacobson Resonance." A quarter of a century of devotion has begun to "pay-off" because of faith in truth, establishment of a strong scientific base, clinical operations around the world (most especially in Nassau), and the hard work of countless individuals who gave of themselves and their treasury throughout the years.
The Board of Directors & Officers of JRSE thought it appropriate at this Silver Anniversary time to launch a far-reaching campaign that defines, educates and focuses the vision of the Discovery "Jacobson Resonance" and clearly spells out JRSE's structure, purposes and business action plan for the next few years. This far-reaching campaign is already bringing hope, healing and material benefit to all involved.
As of today we are launching our campaign for the creation of a research institute. This virtual Institute will take physical root in a place or places like Nassau, New Providence. It will be called "The Jacobson Resonance Institute for Science and Technology." The goal is to attract the best and brightest scientists and independent thinkers into a setting as free as possible of political constraints and cultural taboo. This campaign will help to expedite the accumulation of knowledge and continue to fuel the commercialization of Jacobson Resonance throughout humanity by ever strengthening the scientific and knowledge base, which drives societies and economics. The two sponsoring 501(c) (3) IRS approved tax-exempt charitable foundations that will collect and distribute a minimum of 90% of the funds are: The Perspectivism Foundation and The Foundation For Jacobson Resonance.
