SANTA ANA, Calif., April 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- ACME Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:ACME) announced today that Jamie Kellner, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Doug Gealy, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Tom Allen, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present at the A.G. Edwards Media and Entertainment Conference, being held April 19-21, 2004 at The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. ACME management is scheduled to present on Monday, April 19, 2004 from 10:20 a.m. - 10:50 a.m. Pacific Time (1:20 p.m. - 1:50 p.m. Eastern Time).

The A.G. Edwards Conference is presented in a unique question and answer format with Michael Kupinski, A.G. Edwards' Vice President, Media and Entertainment, acting as both the interviewer and moderator of the session. The presentation will be webcast and available at www.acmecommunications.com.
