NEW SUPERVISORY BOARD MEMBERS APPOINTED

At the annual shareholders' meetings of Robeco Groep N.V. (on 20 April 2004), Robeco N.V. and Rolinco N.V. (both on 22 April 2004), C.E.M. Beckers and G. Izeboud were appointed as supervisory board members.

Mr. Beckers is Chief Investment Officer of Kedge Capital in London. Until 2000 he was president of Barra, a financial risk-management organization. Mr. Izeboud was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers until 2002, and also sat on the Tabaksblat Committee.

The appointments fill the vacancies arising from the retirement of Messrs. Roef (on reaching the statutory retirement age) and Ruys, who stepped down at his own request. Messrs. Beckers and Izeboud have also been proposed for appointment as supervisory board members of Rorento N.V. at the shareholders' meeting to be held on 5 May 2004.
