STOCKHOLM, Sweden, April 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Gunnebo Interim Report January-March 2004: 


 - The first quarter order intake amounted to MSEK 1,847 (1,827),
   which corresponds to organic growth of one per cent.

 - After a weak opening to the year, March was a very strong month, in
   which organic growth reached 11 per cent.

 - Invoiced sales amounted to MSEK 1,627 (1,640).

 - The result after financial items, which is seasonally low, was a
   profit of MSEK 21 (22).

 - The profit after tax amounted to MSEK 15 (16).

 - Earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.70 (0.75).

 - The operative cash flow increased by MSEK 31 to MSEK 5
   (deficit 26).

 - The profit after financial items for 2004, as a whole, is expected
   to be better than for 2003.

 - After the interim report period Elkosta, a German company with
   business within outdoor perimeter protection was acquired.
