Kinnevik subscribes to share issue in Viking Telecom


Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik, today announced that it has increased its shareholding in Viking Telecom to 29.3 per cent voting and economic interest, from 23.6 per cent previously, by acquiring 2,380,952 newly issued shares for SEK 10 million. Kinnevik's fully diluted holding in Viking Telecom, including all outstanding convertibles and option schemes, is 27.6 per cent voting and economic interest.
