STOCKHOLM, Sweden, May 06, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- During the spring of 2004 Industrivarden evaluated a sale of its wholly owned subsidiary Isaberg Rapid. Since the submitted bids are below what Industrivarden considers to the company's long-term value, the decision has been made to break off the sales process.
Isaberg Rapid is a global manufacturer of office and tool staplers. Products are sold in over 100 countries under the Rapid brand. Europe and North America are the most important markets.
