SANTA MONICA, Calif., May 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- iMedia International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IMNL), a leading digital media solutions company, announced today that it has signed an agreement with International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local Union 495 to create a new messaging program aimed at improving communications with Local members and to work towards attracting new members.
The program will feature a series of specially developed CD-ROMs that will be distributed to Local 495 members via a grassroots and direct mail campaign. Each disc will feature a variety of interactive content including Teamsters history, Membership Guides, Shop Steward Guides, Local 495 news and special events. In addition, users will be provided with Benefits information, frequently-asked questions, employment information, and a special Member's Sweepstakes. The Teamsters Local Union 495 is based in Pico Rivera, California and represents Teamsters in a variety of fields including Automotive, Industrial and Allied workers.

The campaign is scheduled to kick off in mid-July and will feature a special section celebrating Local 495's 65th Anniversary in Southern California.
