ORLANDO, Fla., May 17, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVNM) and JB Toys are pleased to announce that the `Cuddle Bug' toy appeared on the CBS Saturday Early Show this past weekend.
The crowd outside of the Saturday Early Show in New York City this weekend were wearing the `Cuddle Bug' for the CBS Cameras while weatherman Ira Joe Fisher told viewers, "This is a `Cuddle Bug' that will been seen on a new television show called `Gina D's Kids Club' in September." Inside the studio co-anchor Gretchen Carlson had her baby holding and playing with the `Cuddle Bug'. As the camera moved in for a close-up of her baby and the `Cuddle Bug', Gretchen wrapped up the segment with co-anchor Russ Mitchell.
The `Cuddle Bug' was created by Bernadette DiFrancesco and is just one of the characters featured on `Gina D's Kids Club' which is scheduled to begin airing this September on select stations across the country. "The CBS Saturday Early Show `Cuddle Bug' promotion will continue for the next few weeks," stated Raven Moon's Licensing Manager, David Fingeroth. In addition to the Early Show, Fingeroth will begin a `Cuddle Bug' promotion with CBS's David Letterman show.
"The national network exposure we have gotten from the NBC Today Show and the CBS Early Show is priceless. This exposure along with the NBC Astro-vision screen in Times Square will bring a great deal of attention to the "Gina D's Kids Club" show and the 'Cuddle Bug' toy," stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven Moon CEO.
