Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj has been informed on May 18, 2004 that as a result of transactions concluded on May 5, 2004 the total holdings of funds under the management of I.G. International Management Limited have increased to above 1/20 of the share capital and voting rights in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj.
The holdings of funds under the management of I.G. International Management Limited, Brooklawn House, Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland amount to 935 839 shares, i.e. 6.75 per cent of the voting rights in Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj.
The registered share capital of Jaakko Pöyry Group Oyj comprises a total of 13 858 601 shares entitling to a total of 13 858 601 votes.
