HOUSTON, May 20, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- GK Intelligent Systems, Inc. (OTCBB:GKIG), a publicly traded holding company with entertainment and technology subsidiaries announced today the formation of a co-venture with DigiCast Interactive Media, Boca Raton, FL to create an Intelligent Shopping Interface Assistant to further the personalization of the consumer's Internet and "In-store" shopping experience. DigiCast creates online communities where consumers and retailers can continually be involved in key market research directly from the retailer. Charles Loiacono, CEO of DigiCast Interactive Media, stated, "The shopping interface is critical to the long term customer loyalty of any retailer. The online experience obtained through the "push technology" will bond the shopper to the store. We will provide a full circle experience."

Gary Kimmons, GKIG President and CEO, commented, "We have the opportunity to become a key player in a new and emerging 'personalized intelligent support' market with the application and licensing of our Smart One learning technology. GKIG is leveraging its expertise in developing and marketing intelligent training software to move into additional personalized support markets.
