PHILADELPHIA, May 25, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Erik Estrada pledged his time to Minority Healthcare Communications during the Latinos & AIDS conference (May 24-25, 2004) at the Wyndham Plaza Hotel in Philadelphia to help Latino families defeat HIV/AIDS, the second leading cause of death for Latino men and fourth leading cause of death for Latino women. Addressing healthcare professionals, Estrada entreated attendees to engage the support of the Church to educate families in their communities.
