(OTCBB:AQWF), a Wi-Fi (wireless fidelity) Internet access provider, and FTS Wireless Inc., (OTCBB:FLIP) an operator of retail wireless locations that market and sell next generation wireless and VoIP products and services and operate Wi-Fi Hotspots, jointly announced today that they have entered into a Wi-Fi business development agreement capitalizing on the strengths of each respective company.
Under the terms of the deal, both FTS Wireless and AirRover Wi-Fi will work jointly to develop and expand Hotspot accessibility to their customers. AirRover is to provide all equipment and software necessary for the installation and operation of Hotspots. FTS agrees to install, maintain, and integrate Hotspots for the AirRover Network.
